It's a lovely place if you have the money to spend. I was lucky to order online a sale item. The service was great, as it is always in BTs. Lady serving me was attentive and friendly. I witnessed her dealing with another customer ahead of me, a foreign lady, and she was an example of kindness and patience. Despite the language barrier, she did her very best to provide outstanding customer service. Credit to the company.

Served by Naima from Nespresso. She was so kind and friendly and made me feel at ease as a first time Nespresso customer as it was overwhelming with all the choice 😅 Became a Nespresso member and was offered a 2 year warranty on my new coffee machine. Really nice staff.

Can I just take a second to thank David at the kehils counter. O My God he was fantastic. He found me the best possible deal for a gift I was buying for a friend, wrapped it all up and gave me samples. Couldn't recommend him enough and his wrapping skills are fab too.

I had to come and leave a review for Becky, who assisted me at Brown Thomas in Limerick, in the Nespresso coffee section. Becky was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail — all the processes, the different coffee machines, all the extra accessories I could purchase, and the differences between the coffee types. On top of that, she served a delicious coffee to my husband and me. She was simply wonderful. It was truly the best customer service experience I’ve had here in Ireland. Without a doubt, I will be returning very soon to purchase my coffee machine and several types of coffee from her. She has definitely gained a loyal customer! Thank you, Becky — you are absolutely amazing!

Excellent service from Emma in the Lingerie dept. My second time being looked after by her. Attentive and found exactly what I was looking for. Ended up buying 2 bras when I only went in for one. Staff are very well trained in fitting at BT. I dont go anywhere else.
